Recommended Wallets
Which wallets work with Watergun and what to watch out for per chain.
Watergun supports any Web3 wallet that speaks the standard EVM connection protocols — essentially every wallet that works with PancakeSwap will work here. Below are the wallets we've tested and the caveats worth knowing per chain.
You do not need a special Watergun wallet. Compatible wallets can connect to dex.watergun.pro and swap.watergun.pro. The former 9MM Pro-era claim program is sunset; do not connect to a legacy claim link based on old instructions. There is no "official" wallet.
Native PulseChain Wallets
For PulseChain users, these wallets ship with PLS support out of the box — no manual RPC configuration required.
General EVM Wallets
These work across Base, Ethereum, and Sonic out of the box, and support PulseChain with manual RPC configuration (except where noted).
MetaMask
The de facto standard for EVM wallets. Works on every chain with standard RPC setup.
Rabby Wallet
Power-user browser wallet with transaction simulation and phishing warnings. Does NOT support PulseChain natively — requires manual network add.
Trust Wallet
Mobile-first wallet with broad chain support and a built-in dApp browser.
Coinbase Wallet
Self-custody wallet from Coinbase. Browser extension and mobile.
OKX Wallet
Multi-chain wallet with a built-in dApp browser and aggregator.
Hardware Wallets
For a wallet holding valuable assets long-term, consider a hardware wallet. The hardware wallets below can be used through MetaMask, Rabby, or similar software wallets as a signing layer.
Ledger
Industry-standard cold storage. Connect via MetaMask / Rabby on any chain.
Trezor
Open-source hardware wallet. Connect via MetaMask / Rabby on any chain.
Chain-by-Chain Compatibility
| Wallet | PulseChain | Base | Ethereum | Sonic |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Internet Money | ✓ native | — | ✓ | — |
| MetaMask | ✓ (manual RPC) | ✓ | ✓ | ✓ (manual RPC) |
| Rabby | ✗ (not native) | ✓ | ✓ | ✓ (manual RPC) |
| Trust Wallet | ✓ (manual RPC) | ✓ | ✓ | ✓ (manual RPC) |
| Coinbase Wallet | ✓ (manual RPC) | ✓ native | ✓ | ✓ (manual RPC) |
| OKX Wallet | ✓ (manual RPC) | ✓ | ✓ | ✓ (manual RPC) |
"Manual RPC" means you need to add the chain to your wallet once via a network-add URL (e.g., from chainlist.org) before it shows up.
Rabby does not support PulseChain natively. You'll need to add PulseChain manually as a custom network, or use a different wallet for PLS activity. Rabby is otherwise excellent for the other active EVM chains.
Security Notes
- Never share your seed phrase. No one from the Watergun team will ever ask for it — not in Telegram, not in Discord, not via email. Anyone asking is a scammer.
- Use a hardware wallet for your main holdings. Software wallets are fine for daily trading amounts; cold storage is for the rest.
- Double-check every contract address. Always cross-reference against github.com/9mm-exchange/deployments and the chain's block explorer.
- Bookmark the official sites. Don't rely on search results — phishing sites buy ad space.
